A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to secure a reservation, along with a deposit equal to the first night’s stay.

A two-night minimum stay is required during peak seasons (spring and fall) and holidays, although single-night fill-in reservations may occasionally be available.

Rates are based on double occupancy. The Kokopelli and Mariposa Rooms can accommodate a third guest for an additional $50 per night.

Children ages 10 and older are welcome.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Cancellations made before 6:00 p.m. Arizona time (MST) at least 15 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $35 cancellation fee.

Cancellations of fourteen days or less will lose their deposit.

Guests who choose to stay at bed and breakfasts often make reservations weeks or even months in advance, which can make last-minute cancellations difficult to rebook for a small property like The Penrose Bed & Breakfast. At the same time, we understand that emergencies and unexpected changes do happen, which is why we strive to maintain a cancellation policy that is more accommodating than many lodging properties.

No-shows, early departures, and cancellations made after 6:00 p.m. Arizona time (MST) three days prior to arrival will be charged the full reservation amount.
