A valid Visa or MasterCard number is required to make a reservation.
When guests register, we require a deposit of the first night’s charge.
Two night minimum in high seasons (Spring and Fall) and holidays except that fill-ins are always welcome.

Rates are for double occupancy.

Add $50 for third person.
Children ten or older are welcome.

Check in is from 3:00pm – 6:00pm,

Check out is by 11:00am

Breakfast 7:30am – 9:00am

Your deposit minus a $35 cancellation fee will be returned if you cancel before 6:00 p.m. Sedona time fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations of fourteen days or less will lose their deposit.

Guests who choose to stay at b&b’s typically register weeks, if not months, in advance. As a consequence it is often difficult to re-rent a room. For a small property like The Penrose such cancellations can be difficult. We understand that emergencies do arise and plans change, so our cancellation policy is more accommodating than most.

No-shows, early departures, and cancellations made less than two days in advance (i.e., by 6:00 p.m. of the 3rd day before arrival) will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
